The reason that this website exists is to support, educate and encourage leaders and executives to become better and more skilled at what they do. For too long, becoming a top-notch leader or executive was a difficult process. No MBA program, executive program, or educational package is able to provide all of the resources and expertise you need. Instead, it's a lifelong process of gathering information and then implementing it for your advantage.

When I started my own business, I felt like I was always behind everyone else. I didn't graduate with a bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting. My parents weren't entrepreneurs. I was consistently told that “get your college degree and that will pave your way to a successful future,” but I sure didn't see that success. What I found, however, is that the successful entrepreneurs and leaders are always committed to an intense level of focus and an inner drive to improve on a daily basis. So I made a commitment to become better at what I did and to focus on increasing my expertise to become a high-achieving performer at whatever I do.

Due to this commitment, we've worked on gathering and improving on our skills so that we could share the best and most effective strategies and resources.

I'm grateful for so many people who have helped us along the way. They have taught that success is truly a team sport. Although you can try to walk along, it's always better to have someone walking alongside you. That walk doesn't always mean that everyone will be with you every step of the way. There are some people who walk with you for a short while, and others who stay with you for a long distance. All of them are important in the process, whether they have provided a positive influence or even a negative experience. We deeply appreciate those people who have filled all kinds of roles and provided us the support we needed in the last 20+ years. And we hope that we can walk with you for a while as well.

This has been a process of over 20 years of research and education, and over 14 years of gathering the resources for this website. Now it has officially launched.

Although it has been a long process, we are always committed to improving what we do and how we can better serve you. The world and its markets are constantly changing. As they change, we will be on your side to let you know how they are changing and what you need to do to be on top of your game.
